Studio Policy

• Younger siblings in car seats and carriers can be brought to music class but other siblings are not able to come unless a special arrangement has been made with me beforehand.

• Please park around the green space in front of our house and do not block our driveway or that of our neighbours.

• Lesson fees are due on the first day of the month and can be paid by cash, cheque or etransfer. A late fee of $5/day will be incurred for fees that are 5 days or more overdue.

• Parent participation is mandatory for all Music for Young Children (MYC) classes (except for My Choice) but not for private lessons

• There are no lesson fee refunds for missed classes.

• Classes which must be cancelled because of inclement weather, teacher illness, etc., will be rescheduled at a time convenient to most students.

• Music lessons are a ten month commitment. If a student is withdrawn from the program early I require one month's (30 days) notice. Unfortunately, I am not able to refund registration and materials fees.

• There will be 2 recitals throughout the year. One in January/February and one in June.
